With just 10 months to go until the Hartlepool Tall Ships 2023, BloomInArt will be holding a series of engagement sessions with the town’s creatives. The first workshop will hosted at the Town Hall Theatre on Monday 14^th November, and aims to support local people in contribute to, performing at, and celebrating the return of the Tall Ships.
