Congratulations to Hartlepool Borough Council on a successful submission of The BIS award application as The BIS is announced as a North East Finalists at the RTPI Awards for Planning Excellence 2021!

The BIS is an award winning grade-II listed former Post Office building in Hartlepool. The building was recently part of a regeneration and improvement project, which transform the building into a home for creative industry business start-ups. A variety of business workspaces offer units for rent with flexible tenancy arrangements. The BIS is located within the innovation and skills quarter (ISQ) of Hartlepool with a close proximity to Hartlepool’s town centre and train station.
