Support Hartlepool’s Young People – Join the Youth Guarantee Trailblazer
Hartlepool businesses are invited to take part in the Tees Valley Youth Guarantee Trailblazer, a new initiative supporting 18–21-year-olds who are not in education, employment or training.
By offering a short-term placement—either paid or unpaid taster—you’ll help a young person gain valuable experience while developing your future talent pipeline. Paid placements are fully funded and offer National Minimum Wage, with wraparound support provided to both the business and the young person.
