The future of town centres are changing…

A new masterplan for Hartlepool Town Centre is currently being developed which will support the development of the town centre in the face of changing retail habits and the changing demands on high streets and town centre living. The masterplan will address key constraints on town centre growth, working with partners to identify and progress interventions that are key to the future success of Hartlepool Town Centre.
